NEW! Dr. Brown's Services 1.9.4 Easy Installer Posted 12/7/2007 STOP!!! - Do not run this installer if you have Photoshop CS2 on your system! This version will ONLY work if CS2 is uninstalled! These scripts are for CS3 and CS3 Extended users only. Sorry, I do not have a CS2 version at this time.
Install all of the Dr. Brown Services with a click of a mouse. This installer takes all the trouble out of loading scripts into the correct locations. It is also designed to update any previous installation, and it can be used to uninstall the scripts from your computer as well. What's new in this 1.9.4 version: - Rounding errors have now been reduced in 1-2-3 Process. - Color profiles will now export with super small JPEG files in 1-2-3 Process. - Merge-A-Matic is back with support for multi-layered Photoshop files. - Place-A-Matic files are named after the first image selected in Adobe Bridge. Known Issues and features: - The Easy Installer will NOT work if CS2 and CS3 are both installed on your machine. - These scripts will only work with the English version of Adobe Photoshop CS3. - Adobe Photoshop CS3 must be installed in the default system location for the Easy Installer to work correctly. - For nonstandard installations, use the manual installation instructions below. - Some complex Actions can cause errors with 1-2-3 Process. - All Action "Open" statements must be removed, or turned off, before running Actions in 1-2-3 Process. If the "Open" statements are left on, then all your processed images will remain open. - Processing images from a shared network drive has been known to fail. - Super small JPEG images will only export at 72 dpi, because it uses the Web Export Feature to process the images.
